VULTURES

Vultures are big birds. they live in Europe, Asia, America and Africa. You can find these birds in rocky and dry areas.

Their average weight is between five and seven Kilos and they are one and a half metros high.

They have got big wings, thin legs and a hard bick. Their colors are normally brown, white and grey. They eat felt over meat from other animals.

They live around 40 years. They are sedentary birds and live in groups. They make big rest where they lay their eggs. It takes 50 days for a chick to come out.

They fly around in circles when they spot a dead animal.

ELEPHANTS

The male elephant has got two tusks. The elephant has got four legs, a long trunk, two big ears and a short tail. Elephants are very very clever. They are grey. They are herbivores, they eat grass, leaves…etc. They don't like meat. Elephants can be Asian or African.

 

The elephant is my favourite animal !!!

CHEETAHS

Cheetahs live on land. They´re cats. They´ve got a small head. They´re yellow with small brown spots. They can run very fast but They can´t fly.

THEY LIVE IN AMERICA.THEY EAT PLANTS,GRASS AND

LEAVES.THEY ARE BROWN AND BLACK. THEY ARE HERBIVORES. THEY CAN JUMP, RUN, EAT, WALK AND SLEEP.

THEY CAN´T FLY, TALK OR SWIM.

PANTHER

They are black. They are family of the cat . They eat small animals and meat . They live at the jungle in Africa .They can climb and they can run very fast but, they can not swim .

KOALAS

koalas are grey and they have got a black nose.They can climb trees. koalas are very small (80 centimitres). They live in the top of the trees. You can see koalas in Australia.

They weight 4 – 15 kg. They eat leaves and plants.

ELEPHANTS

They are the biggest land animals in the world.The African elephants are found in the continet of Africa and the Indian elephants are found in Asia. Elephants are mamals as well as herbivores so they only eat plants rather than meat.

African elephants: the African elephant are bigger than the Indian elephants .They have larger ears. Both the male and female have trunk. The Africans elephants have wrinkly gray skin, swayed back and two tips at the end of its trunk that it use like fingers to pick stuff up.

Indian elephant: Indian or Asian elephants are smaller than African elephants and have smaller ears. They have a humped back and only one finger like tip ad the end of their trunk also their skin ends to be lends wrinkly that the African elephant.

FLAMINGOS

They live on land and in water.They eat insects, seed and crustaceans. They're pink.They have got a very big peak.

They have got feathers. They have got very long necks and they have got very long legs.They can fly but they can't run.They can swim but they can't climb trees.

And they are very beautiful!

KANGAROOS

THEY HAVE....

Kangaroos have got long tails and long ears. They haven't got small ears,but they have got a big body . They have got a pocket for breeding. They have got small hans . They haven't got small foots.

THEY ARE...  BEATIFUL!!!

They are tall and very, very....STRONG!!!

CROCODILES

• They live in topics: (Africa, America, Asia, Australia...)
• They have got strong teeth, big tails and long truks.
• They like eating fish, anphibius, birds, mamals and more!
• Crocodiles are fast ever out of water!
• They are excellent swimmer.

But dont forget they are very dangerous!

EAGLES

They can fly.They have got big long wins. They can,t swim but they can,t climb trees.They have got neck and wings.They can,t jump but they can eat.They live in Asia...They have got feathers.Eagles catches other animals with sharp claws.

They haven,t got scales and mouse.They are carnivorus.

LINXES

They live in the Doñana park in Andalucia. They´re a yellow and

black with spots.They eat meat but they prefer rabbits.They can run very fast and they can climb trees. They can not swim.

CLARA ROMERA. 5ºC

TIGER

They're tigers. They are orange with black lines. They can jump 9 metres or more like two cars in a line. They like swimming . Tigers eat 40 kg at one day.They eat meat . It Isn't normal but they eat babies rhinos and elephant s.His eyes are prepared for the dark night.The baby tigers drink mum's milk only two months.The mum teach her sons for live in the forest .

They are in danger! Help the tigers please!

FLAMINGO

They eat fish. They can fly and run but they can´t climb .They´ve got orange peak and long legs .They live on land. They´re pink .They are my favourite animal.

Rhinos have got  two horns. Rhinos  live in the savannah.Rhinos can run very fast. .There are five types.Rhinos are black or white. Rhinos live in Asia or  Inida.

KANGAROOS

Kangaroos are the biggest marsupials in the world. They are mamals. They are herviborous. They regurgitate vegetation,similar to a cow. Most kangaroos reside in Australia.

They have got big ears and a big nose. They have got a big body, long legs and long arms, but their hands are small. Kangaroos have strong legs and large feet. They can not move both feet one by one, they have to use them both at the same time. Kangaroos can hop, but they can not walk backward.

A sturdy tail helps them maintain their balance while they hop. Female kangaroos give birth to one joy at a time after a brief gestation of up to thirty-eight days.The embryo goes to the marsupium and stays there for several more months.

Giraffes are yellow with brown spots.They eat plants. They have got a long neck .They live on land in the Sabanah .

They have got four legs .They are herbivorous.

They've got hair on their body. They're in danger because the acumulation of contaminatings. They're big and strong. They've got big teeth and claws. They've got a big nose. They haven't got wings. They live about thirty years.

THE GIANT PANDA

The giant panda is a bear.It lives in south central china.Pandas diet is 99% bamboo.The giant panda lives in a few mountain ranges in central China, mainly in sichuan province, but they also live in the shaanxi and gansu province. As result farming,deforestation and other development, pandas has been driven out of lowland areas whre it once lived.

LYNX

This is a lynx ibérico. It lives in the wood of Andalusia.It lives for about 15 years. A linx can run long distances

and can see well.

It eats meat but it most like is rabbit.

It is the soliraty animal. The lynx size is 84 cm aprox and its weight is 11 kg.

The lynx is in danger of exctincion.
